Is therapy covered by my child’s insurance?
Most forms of pediatric therapy treatment are covered by most major insurance companies as long as you have a doctor’s referral for the service. However, Phonological and Articulation Disorders (with the exception of congenital conditions) are often not covered under private payer insurance plans. Contact your insurance provider to see if treatment for these conditions is covered.
How much does therapy cost?
Because of the variety of services offered and the differences in individual insurance plans, it is difficult to estimate the total cost of treatment for an individual. We do offer flat fee private pay rates for individual sessions: $110 for an Initial eval – $85 for a 1 hour session (Occupational and Physical Therapy) – $110 for an Initial eval – $50 for a 30 min session. (Speech Therapy) See the Insurance/Payment section for more information about payment options and what insurance providers we accept.

We accept cash, check, or credit cards. Co-payments must be made prior to services rendered. We are able to accept one payment for multiple visits, as long as payment is made before the scheduled appointments.

If you must miss an appointment, call our Front Desk to reschedule your appointment. You must call 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
